Portfolio: completed: Bialosky + Partners Architects: Queen of Greene: facade restoration

NEW YORK, NEW YORK 

Serving as the project manager while employed at Bialosky + Partners Architects, the project was a complete cast-iron facade restoration and residential conversion of a 19th-century 6-story building in NYC's historic SoHo neighborhood. The building now houses 8 contemporary apartments and a duplex penthouse with roof garden. The facade restoration was the recipient of the NYC 2010 Lucy Moses Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy.
