Portfolio: completed: Ingersoll Architect: Williamsburg Residence

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 

The project was to combine and renovate two adjacent apartments in a modern high-rise in the waterfront neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  

The goal was to gain a much larger open kitchen / living space as well as creating two new bedrooms, a new full-bathroom, and laundry facilities. Three new cabinetry pieces serve to focus the layout of the large common room as well as creating a display for the owner's various collections.
