Portfolio: current: Fillmore Place Residence

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 

The project is a historic 1870’s Italianate-style 3-story building in a Landmark District in the WIlliamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. Formerly a rental apartment building in disrepair, the scope includes a complete renovation to a single-family home with contemporary-style interiors while restoring the exterior in a manner respectful of the surrounding historic context.
