Portfolio: current: Green Street Condominium

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 

The project is a complete renovation of a duplex condominium apartment located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. After suffering major flood damage from Hurricane Sandy, in the rebuilding effort the owners chose to completely change the existing layout. The new plan creates an open living & kitchen upstairs while adding a new bathroom, closets, laundry, and bedrooms on the lower level.
