Portfolio: current: Greenwich Village Penthouse

NEW YORK, NEW YORK 

Designed in collaboration with Keith Lang Design. 

Located in a historic pre-war building in Greenwich Village, we combined two existing apartments on the 9th floor and Penthouse levels to make a highly customized 3,000 sq.ft. 3-bedroom + 3.5 bath luxury apartment. While the lower level highlights crown-moulding, pilaster columns and detailed baseboard - moving up the new wood winder stairs with cast iron balusters gets you to a lighter style Penthouse level with kitchen and living rooms soaking in the southern facing light coming through another 1,000 sq.ft. of private outdoor space.
