Portfolio: current: Park Avenue Apartment

NEW YORK, NEW YORK 

The project is to completely renovate and combine two adjacent apartments in a large pre-war building on Park Avenue in Manhattan. The existing space was fully demolished to make better use of the 1800 sq.ft. and 3 walls of windows looking out over this prestigious avenue. With an efficient new layout, the apartment now houses an open kitchen / living area of almost 800 sq.ft. while still creating a large master bedroom suite, guest bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a powder room.
