NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Located in a historic pre-war building on the Upper West Side, we gutted and combined two existing apartments to create this beautiful 3,000 sq.ft. 4-bedroom + 3.5 bath home for a young family of 5.  

Using a mix of traditional detailing alongside more modern touches, the design embraces the open floor plan of Manhattan loft-style living while simultaneously allowing separation for the parents and kids to have their own space. Complete with a working pantry, mudroom, and full laundry - this apartment has all the amentities of a suburban house while keeping the family in the heart of Manhattan.
